Update/Downloading Server Bugs && Repairs

The CocaColaMS site is up! Although it does not currently contain any other content except how to use the game and the downloads page, it is up for public viewing!

D O W N L O A D S
Currently, CocaColaMS is being tested, and download for the game client is not yet available. It requires Maplestory Version 62, which may take up to three hours to download if your PC is an older version. (Very unlikely. It mostly takes about 1-2 hours)
It is advised that you use a newer computer, and download MapleStory Version 62 in advanced.

H O W_T O_P L A Y
Some people tend to have trouble downloading MapleStory Private servers. There is a guide on the CocaColaMS site, although I will guide you through the process here anyways.

1.) Download CocaColaMS as a .RAR file.
2.) Download either a free trial of WinRAR or izARC (izARC is recomended because it unzips more than just .RAR and .ZIP files, and it is completely free with no malware or viruses of any sort.)
3.) Right click the newly downloaded .RAR CocaColaMS file, and extract it.
IMPORTANT. THIS IS WHERE A LOT OF PEOPLE SCREW UP.
4.) Drag ALL THE EXTRACTED FILES INTO THE MAPLESTORY FOLDER. IF YOU SAVED IT WITH THE DEFAULT AREA , THEN IT SHOULD BE HERE: C:\Nexon\MapleStory
5.) Click on the client.
6.) Log in/Register. If you have not register, it's okay because we have an auto-register client.

IF THERE HAPPENS TO BE A C++ ERROR WHEN RUNNING THE CLIENT, RUN THIS FILE.

IF YOUR SCREEN TURNS BLACK WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE CLIENT, BUT THEN TURNS INTO YOUR DISPLAY SCREEN ON YOUR PC AGAIN, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW CAREFULLY.

1.) Go to C:\Nexon\MapleStory, or wherever you saved your MapleStory folder.
2.) Delete ALL the contents in it, and EMPTY THE RECYCLING BIN AFTERWARDS.
3.) Uninstall Maplestory Version 62.
4.) Reinstall Maplestory Version 62.
5.) It should work now.

Here's why it did that:
You had downloaded a different version of Maplestory, not version 62, or your computer had bugged/glitched and reapplied a different version of Maplestory. You need to first delete the contents because if you look at each application in the MapleStory Folder, you'll see that every program had been installed much earlier from the date you installed Maplestory. You need to first get rid of those, and uninstall the incorrect version of Maplestory. By reinstalling it, you will reinstall the right version.
YOU MUST MUST MUST UNINSTALL IT, NOT REPAIR IT. IF YOU CLICK REPAIR INSTEAD OF UNINSTALL, THEN IT WILL "REPAIR" THE DELETED CONTENT FROM THE WRONG VERSION.
