These are "The arrows"

^ (Shift + 6)
< (Shift + ,)
v (The letter "V")

It's kind of a self explanatory game.

Pretty much, you make those three arrows, and then comment about the person in which the arrow is pointing to.

For example:

This arrow: ^ is supposed to point at the person above you. You make a quick comment about them.
This arrow: < is supposed to point at you. Make a uick comment about yourself.
This arrow: v is supposed to point at the person below you. You do not know who this will be yet, so you will have to guess. That's what makes the game "interesting"(:
