My science teacher told me that it actually wasn't that deadly. Everybody that "died" from it was already sick with some disease from before.
BESIDES. The swine flu has been in my neighboring cities for the past TWO MONTHS now and STILL hasn't reached my city yet, and my classmates are all like:
"LIKE OMAGAWD. MY BFFL IS SICK, I HOPE SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE SWINE FLUE. OH NOES!"

But seriously. Those who are freaking out about the swine flu know NOTHING about it. Seriously.
If they can't do anything more than complain about a piggy, then tell them to get a life(:
